You have Owen D to blame for this. We had just done some cemetery searches (which is not
yet possible on line) and he showed me the thread you have started and I thought I'd do the 3rd the same. More useful format the the engine's usual output.
I used 3rd Bn as the filter, anywhere in the record, and it does not seem to have found any that are recorded as
Attd. 3rd Bn.. - On the search engine you can't search on a secondary (attached) unit text, only the first unit text.
