I can't say I know any good WWII memoricl cemestry in Moscow. A special military one is only planned to be built.
I would suggest to visit some museum, Poklonnaya Gora and the Central Army Museum would be enough...

A little late , I'm afraid though for me. Been over and am back now.
As it turns out ,I didn't have the time (nor the inclination to be honest!) to visit any WW2 related stuff anyway.
