Thanks VP for moving this.

Yes GH, went on Friday last. It is in Tower of London grounds. Dragged the kids in with me, but should have gone in alone!

Very small, but what's on display is fascinating. WWII only a small part - 2 displays, but that is about average per campaign.

What is amazing to see is the impressive collection of VCs & WWI medals all lined up in a row - clearly marked with a small biog and photo. Of course the Boer War displays grabbed my attention also. A few illustrated info boards fill up the gaps between displays, but are not terribly informative beyond the basic. Got a small book, but haven't had a chance to read it yet.

There is a small extra entrance fee £1, on top of that for the Tower itself, worth it to get away from the crowds if nothing else.

Thanks Marcus, for the comment about the pics, hard to take more than snaps when my kids are around.
