I have a modern day picture of the control tower on my website at:

There is a link about the history of Bradwell control tower with more photos.
Also for more history on RAF Bradwell, a local guy called Stephen Nunn had a book published recently called 'Maldon, The Dengie & Battles in the Skies (1939 - 1945)' which documents over 100 aircraft coming down in the area. Obviously a fair few where involved with Bradwell.
Stephen does give talks at the Combined Services Museum in Maldon which is worth a visit.
I've also got a link to the Roy Calvert website and his Lancaster 'Taipo' with an astounding photo of his flack torn bomber after it crash landed back at Bradwell.
If anybody has any questions about the Maldon (Essex) area, please email me and I will see what I can find.
