The other thing this CD cannot tell you is what battalion a man was in. For some reason that was left out in the original document, from which this was compiled. Makes it very difficult to work out where a man was!

I have also found that Army Soldiers attached to Commando units are usually with their parent regiment, with no mention of the Commando attachment - but this is normally shown in CWGC records.
