Hello Mark,

Are you looking for his inscription on Face 11 or a picture of the Memorial itself?

If the former, you need to contact someone who may be visiting Burma. It is not as impossible as it may seen - I have been able to get photographs of headstones et cetera of those of my Regiment (the North Irish Horse in which I served during WW II) in Tunisia and Italy, due to the kindness of others.

If the latter, the CWGC permits the copying of the photograph of the Memorial, and relevant details, providing it is for personal use only.

Incidentally, many men of the NIH were transferred to various battalions of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, during World War I, when they were dismounted. Sadly, several lost their lives while serving as infantry.

Regards,

Gerry
