I'm new so please excuse me if I get this post wrong.
In your reference library have you got anything on 1st Bn The Buffs ( Royal East Kent Regt). I'm trying to find out when and where they and thus my Gt Uncle Howard Kendall saw action.
All I've found so far is that they were part of 24th Guards Brigade which was part of 56th Div of 8th Army in Italy. Not sure if this is right and where they were before Italy
