Never tried any of the aforementioned apart from the fry. This is my favourite, not British though.

And I would never, ever eat it if it were made in UK ...

I edited my first post to re-add the pancake on a stick, that Owen is so fond of.

Jeff,
How is that a PAN cake and seriously - choc chip?

Something my kids would dream up ...

Diane

Edit: Daughter says "No way, disgusting!"

I don't eat the stuff on a stick, but I do like chocolate chip pancakes. I don't eat pancakes with syrup, but with yogurt, instead. My wife makes them sometimes for breakfast and saves the leftovers in a zipper bag. We eat them plain later on as a snack. Don't knock 'em till you try 'em. Try also blueberries and blackberries cooked in pancakes. Like I said, I don't like syrup on pancakes...too sweet.

I don't care for syrup on anything except for biscuits. Waffles? Give me yogurt and fruit on top. Peanut butter and jelly on a waffle is good too.

Hi Jeff,

Waffles and pancakes, incl. blueberry, are a fav. in this house too. We try all sorts of flavours, even have a 'pizza' waffle recipe, just can't put sweet and savoury together. I even have 2 separate waffles irons because of that ... And they do always taste better the next day for some reason!

So what do you make of my raw minced meat then?

We need to stay off the black pudding subject, people tend to get a bit nationistic, wars have been started for less.
