I wonder if that is the same Grolsch we get here in the Colonies. I haven't had it in years, 25 or so to be more accurate. I sprung for a six when I was in school, and it was right pricey for a college boy. Didn't care for it then, but I was a Budweiser fan at the time , and more interested in the "medicinal effects" rather than the taste.

I now prefer darker brews, reds especially.

Guinness...several pints followed by a 10-inch pizza with Chilli's.

I used to frequent real ale festivals until they turned into glorified corporate hospitality events for poseurs.....

they used to sell sherston scorcher cider by the gallon,in plastic containers.we used to strap them to our bikes,and cycle very slowley home,along the lanes.yours,lee.
