Couldn't agree more, I'm determined never to become one of those mad-eyed blokes desperately looking for a present for the missus at the last minute.
Avoid towns for at least a week before Christmas, just too grim.

I am heading home at new year to Aberdeen, well not quite, Stonehaven. Still have a flat there on the High Street to get a prime view of the Fireballs..

You lot should have seen it at 8am in M&S yesterday. Dear God. Has there been a state of National Emergency declared while I wasn't listening?

And I intend to start next years in February. and everything will be bought online.

But on an up note, just baked a load of choklit and hazelnut cookies.
