Should have checked, after all, nearly all interesting AFV pics come from TANKS! these days don't they

Got to echo the halftrack comment too, great stuff. Only just finished an m2a1 kit and that picture's making me go 'hmmmmm, should I get another?'.

This one is less well known but it's a mine as well. Can you read Swedish?

I can read enough Swedish to recognise 'pansar' as representing where my interests lie.
Looks like that excellent site is being translated.

Excellent and lucid site, the Transport section is fascinating and most appropriate to some of the strangest vehicles ever thought of.
I'd certainly never herad of Gyrocars, I can see why people persued them as it sounds like such a good idea before the real world, physics etc. begins to interfere.
Gyrocars
(Gyrover is fascinating)

Just putting Boston's peculiar unidentified machine from 'name that vehicle in here so I can find it more easily:

It's got 'Scorpion' written on it.
We think it's British.
It seems to have had an outboard motor.
It definitely qualifies as a 'strange vehicle'.
(I can't even work out how the wheel arrangement works...)
