Anyone got a copy?

I got an email today from Lewisham Council Archives and they have referred to this regarding a casualty list from the Second World War.

I've had a look on Amazon and its not listed - I just wanted a heads up on the contents to see if its any good?

Might be a bit misleading, but on Anzac Day in Borneo 2009 John Hook read the ode of remembrance.

It seems the book commemorates all those killed in Lewisham during WW2 but thats about as much as I can find out.

A listing of fatal casualties based upon Lewisham Local Studies Library archives - first draft, October 1995 / John Hook.

Drew there is a reference copy in the libary at Lewisham.
