Der Fuhrer's Face

Inspired by the Boys AT rifle training films from Kyt a while back. Finally found a full length version of this Disney award-winner. Sadly with a bloke rambling on for the first 1:23s but after that the film begins and it's the whole thing.

Donald Duck the Nazi - The Fuhrer's Face.

Edit: I see the film's been taken down by Disney... may still be out there somewhere.
Aha - YouTube - Donald Duck - 1943 - Der Fuehrer's Face
Boys film is still on though:

Haha that's got to be the best episode of Donald Duck I've ever seen in my life. Cheers VP.

Mind you I reckon the creators must have been trippin' or something when they made the last 2 mins or so.

Much better than the crap Disney has been blurting since Walt D. died. I still keep hundreds of Donald Duck (& co.) comix from my childhood, some older than me! Now those were fun!

More on the point, Disney studios did do a lot of design work for nose-art, ther should be a reference somewhere. I know this from a feature in one of my father's propaganda publications he got. As this was a Neutral country, we got propaganda from both sides

Unfortunately my brother managed to get his hands on this stash, but I have a couple of things tucked away somewhere...

Here's one from the wrong side

Here's a reference: O'Leary, Michael D. "Disney Goes to War!" Air Classics 32, no. 5 (1996): 40-42, 45-51

I liked the pull cord on the blind best.

'Official' Nose Art From Disney.

More of a Tom & Jerry man myself. I'll have to look into their wartime output.

I laughed when they are talking about being the "Super Race" or Master race that was funny and the swastika is incorperated into everything like windmills, telephone poles, the blinds of Donalds house, and even shells.
The same with "Hail Hitler" is in alot of of scenes like when he hits his alarm clock if you listen closly you can hear hail hitler. LOL this was one of the best cartoons ive ever seen.
