salientpoints is an unknown quantity at this point
Watched Buffalo Soldiers last night.

I know its not exactly a war film but it is still on my shelf under this genre.

For those who do not know the film its about sending US soldiers off to a war that never happens (the cold war) thousands of miles away in Germany and what they do to spend their time.

Its a satire and I thought very good. Some laugh out loud moments. If any members have been based in Nato camps in Germany during the 80's I would be interested to hear their views on this film.
