![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Since this thread is rather old, has anyone else seen the movie. Any ideas if it's available in the UK? Bit of it on You Tube. YouTube - Kokoda Last edited by Owen; 13-12-2007 at 09:20 AM. |

![]() | Yes I have seen it and thought it didn't do the book justice. I collect war movies, but I'd never bother to add that one to my collection. I do own the book that was published last year. Well whadya know, the shady charactor just got promoted to warrant rank. Last edited by Owen; 13-12-2007 at 09:45 AM. Reason: just trying something out, merging posts. |

Looking at the trailer and clip on You Tube it looks OK. Any big glaring errors? Or is it the way the lads are portrayed? How about a quick review for us? | |

![]() | To answer your question all it is necessary to say is that for Australia's second World War Gallipoli, it could have and should have been a hell of a lot better all round. For it's subject, which Australia in general, quotes with great pride as the place where Australians finally stopped the Japanese advance, it just isn't good enough. |
