Yes, cyrillic alphabet is a problem, but not much....
Much more problem is russian language itself...

Ok, I know some chances to get russian texts for foreigners.
They are online translators like

AltaVista - Babel Fish Translation and
http://www.translate.ru

THey aren't ideal, but better than none....

Isn't it an un-armed wireless tank?
It has the turret of a T-26-4.

this place is for lights if nightfire... Speakers is a bit another thing.
I think they are covered with covers here.

T-34 with speakers...
