I've searched the forum, and nobody seems to have highlighted this site. It's well worth a visit - it's huge (lots of maps):

Excellent site, pages from it have definitely been referred to here a few times. Alex/Amvas, it's thorough and argumentative creator can be a very interesting and 'full on' chap.

Look, I know I said I wanted to learn more about the Eastern Front for 2007 but that site will take me all year to get through.

Have you seen the illustrations in the Uniform section........bloody fantastic.
Uniform page 1 then click on the actual picture.
for example take a decco at this one.

Good site - thanks for flagging it up.

Just been going through the map section - and it is excellent. One of the best I have come across for the Eastern Front.

It means when you click on Russia's War section this subject thread will always be at the top.

I have a couple of books from the same author from whom these scans were taken and they are really very good.
