Making History: The Calm and The Storm

Has anyone played this PC game before? I got it for Christmas and it's been rather addictive. It' a turn based- WWII strategy game, not unlike Risk. You can play one of several pre-war or wartime scenarios as one of the major players. And depending upon how you play, you can quite literally "Make History", at least in the game, by changing the course of the war.

Very detailed, huge game environment. Anyone else tried it?

They are trying to market it as a game for schools in the USA and UK. As a Head of History I was tempted, but the Network Licence is pretty expensive and I'd have to be sure I was going to get value for money out of it.
