Tank ID

Tanks not being my department could some kind sole ID this one being loaded into a ships hold ?

I'm not a tanker either, PC, I'm having a good day when I know the discussion is about a Sherman or a Tiger!

I reckon Matilda but only cos the skirts make me think Matilda. It's probably something obscure and the tankers are probably rolling on the floor with laughter!

I'd have to agree with Andy, it sure looks Matilda-like. Wait on someone more knowledgeable, though, for the the final conclusion.

The 2's significant as Matilda 1 is totally different.

The pic comes from a book that came into my possession a few days ago and I was curious as to what type the tank was.

i think it is a mitilad tank if its british
