I have no doubt at all that a film about my company from Sword Beach to Bremen would be more realistic than "Band of Brothers" and, or, the the first twenty minutes of "Saving Private Ryan"

For it was it would be based on "actuality" rather than an Authors imagination of "Actuality"

It is a tale of high heroism, from the landings of our Companies Sappers on Sword to the taking of "Hillman" by our Sappers. The taking of Caen, the battle of Goodwood, the Falaise pocket. the capture of Brussels and the battles of Market Garden...And every damn thing in between!

The only Division to have taken part in every battle in the North West Europe campaign of 1944.

The story of the Third Division Field Companies RE. The companies with the most medals and awards in "Monty's Ironsides" 43 to be precise.

Sadly we do not have a "Hollywood"
