I think th Phobia basically came from Tunisia, where the green US forces where completly outmanouvered by the Axis. For the Briish and soviets more used to dealing with German Armour I dont think the repuation was quite so high. Kev | |

![]() | The Königstiger. Such an impressive and huge beastly looking machine. Despite of the mechanical issues it had it was still amazing. And like Gumalangi says, the stories concerning the Tigers would make any enemy shiver.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well I would certainly put the Tiger as a tank that could dominate a battlefield but its mechanical reliability was not great.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Hmm, I'd say: T-34/85 is the best. However, this tank is best suited for soviet armor tactics - fast going towards the enemy and shooting from midlle or close range, because germans have different tactics - slowly moving towards the enemy and trying to find any hidden AT and armor and then hitting from middle or long range (because of their long shooting barrels). PS: hope I was correct with above ![]()
