That big grey tower I posted is now available as a holiday flat Lee, they were working on it when I took the photo and it looked like they were having 'some difficulty' in boring through several feet of reinforced concrete to get the utilities in.

Holiday tower in La Corbiere with walking, beach/lake nearby, rural retreat, TV, DVD
'Suitable for Children'... how I would have loved staying there as a kid!

Now that was a bit of interesting info. I have always thought why not use these structures for something else. Inverably they stood in areas with the greates of outlooks, damn good idea for a holiday flat of sorts. Look at those scenary shots, nice. I also looked at the towers, pictures, from Vienna. Same story, use them for something useful. At least you will never have to worry about unsafe structures and collapsing buildings.
