Nice.
It may have been a bit of a disaster, but there's always something rather magnificent about a Crusader at full tilt in the desert.
Interesting Churchill shots too, wonder if it's Kingforce we're seeing?

Having seen that bit of film you can understand all the signs that said 'Dust kills' or similar. An battalion armoured column advancing at battle speed must have put up a dust cloud the size of Benghazi!

Very good. Seamless editing.
I never tire of seeing Christie suspension going full chat. Lots of shots of those very rare left-handed Grants too. Manufacturing all those tanks in the mirror image of each other, amazing.

Actually that is a major bugbear of mine. Reversing the negative of the film for dramatic effect. Are we really meant to believe that the allies only ever travel from right to left and the axis from left to right?
What is the percieved advantage of flipping the image? It becomes very obvious with a vehicle as assymetric as the the M3.
Keep them the right way round!

Thanks Highland for a great post. The Churchills are definitely those of KingForce - their tanks were the only ones to wear that distinctive camouflage.

Cheers, Gerry
