Army Tent refurbishment

I bought an old 6 man Army tent at the Curragh show yesterday and am at the first stage of doing it up. I power washed it and got all the mud off it and now wonder what can I use to give it back its original colour?. It does not look great at the moment but has so much potential. Its shaped like an inverted V and has ropes front and back.
Any suggestion guys?
Kind regards.
Tom./
