The National Archives now hold all the service records for all the Australians who served in WW1 & WW2, these usually contain enlistment details, postings, leave and injuries and illness. Information orders available via online link.

Another good source is Department of Veterans Affairs.

Same sort of info

www.dva.gov.au

Also, the Australian War Memorial are putting more up continually.

They have put up Beans Official History of WW1 think they are currently doing it for WW2
