This guy was a WW1 veteran he has the 1914-1918 British War & Allied Victory Medal Ribbons{Orange,Blue Black & White,& Double Rainbow Ribbons,& the Africa Star with "8th" Army Emblem for the 8th army Clasp;[the Buff Ribbon with Red & light & dark Blue Stripes}so you could legitimately{in a historical sense put these up!}

noe is an unknown quantity at this point
Thank you, it makes the uniform more exciting knowing he was a WWI veteran. and in the trousers it has his name POW number and oflag 7b. I bought the uniform at a fair last year for a £5 ! I'll defently post a pic when the uniform is complete soon.

Interesting that he was a Prisoner of War & that you have the Oflag #,Potential to research the man who wore the Uniform there if ever the mood takes you!!a Bargain @ £5 & no mistake!
