Blundellsands nr Liverpool 1940-41

I'm trying to pin down records from the Liverpool Military District in order to pin down the allocation of buildings as regimental accomodation. Can anyone put me on the right track? I've been getting several questions from various organisations, including the Tank Museum, a golf club and an old comrades association, to help prove/disprove what regiment used what where and how.

Any help gratefully received.

Kyt is a bit shady
Wouldn't the local authority(s) have these records - presumably the buildings would have been requisitioned with their help.

I had hoped for this help but all I managed to get was a copy of the gifts presented to the various units by the Lord Mayor Xmas 1940.

The golf club I mentioned originally is actually the one at Blundellsands. Their clubhouse was requisitioned for the duration and they are keen to find out which units used it. Sometimes war diaries give this sort of information depending on the policy of the individual regiment/detachment.
