Hello.
Do not know how hard they are looking,
I live less than 1 mile from Maesteg.
Have not heard this story anywhere.
Come on this site and find it.
They need to spread the word more.

Also

They might be trying to find someone, that can fix and keep the clock going.
Always wrong time.
