![]() ![]() ![]() | Degrelle's letter to the Pope. Morning. Belgian traitor Leon Degrelle wrote a rather repellent letter to the Pope in 1979 relating to Auschwitz. It's something of a classic in denialist balls. Just trying to find a source I can copy the entire text from. So far I can only find abridged copies on respectable sites. The full text/pdf versions seem to be on pages I can't bring myself to download or quote anything from due to their nazi/denialist nature. I'd like to see one that there was less chance of an editors pencil having been applied to. Anybody know a source? (great caution always required when looking for web-sources on denial, so many sites masking their political intentions beneath claims for 'real history'...) Anything on how this 'hero' is perceived in Belgium would be interesting too. Cheers, Adam.

![]() ![]() ![]() | He's something of a poster-boy for many dodgy organisations, particularly in the US where his military success seems to be the only point of reference for many. Choosing to almost completely ignore the treachery, nazi, & Neo-nazi behaviour, or where it's not ignored regarding it as normal patriotism... The web's littered with hagiographic treatments (not unlike the Peiper ones so common everywhere) so it's hard to find more neutral coverage. Is there a sensible/neutral book on the man that anyone's read? Cheers, Adam.
