Auschwitz: The Nazis and the "Final Solution" programme details

Hello everyone
Iam an A/V technician at Harrow College and have recorded all 6 episodes of the above series. However, before I put it into the library I need the title for each programme and a paragraph of information on the content of each programme to be able to list it. If anyone has this information it would be appreciated. Unfortunately, I do not have any back episodes of the TV Times to find the programme content.

I would also be happy to make copies of episodes missed for other members if needed.

Thank you

gary Carter

Hello, I've only just registered for this site so have only just seen your question. Hopefully you've now got the answer but in case you haven't, the link below is to the BBC's Press Office web site & gives the official press releases that accompanied the series.

And the episode titles and subjects follow the chapters and chapter titles of the companion book by Laurence Rees, the series producer, which I would certainly recommend fo rthe school library.

By the way, this thread may have been missed at the time it was started because it is posted under Concentration Camps not Exrermination Camps.

The Auschwitz complex was both, but in this context it was an Extermination Camp, which is why wou will find the stuff written at the time the series was screened at:

Bloody was not my impression of the book, although it was hard hitting. I always prefer the books to the tv productions. But I watched the whole series twice and it was not too bad.
