1st Army Service of Thanksgiving

Hi,

Has anyone a copy of the 1st Army Service - Tom C perhaps?

I have the 8th Army one at the end in Italy but just cannot find that of the 1st.

Cheers, Gerry

Ron

I am still having no end of trouble signing into that blog, I have tried all ways on many occasions - but still no luck ...If you could get back to Gerry to say that I do not have either 1st or 8th army service of thanksgiving - all I have is the 145th Burial service at the Canadian Cemetery at Riccione...give him also my best regards

Brian aka Sapper is also haveing trouble getting to this site, he's ok I spoke to him on the phone yesterday.
Seems odd that two Veterans aren't able to visit us.

Have a copy of 2nd Army Thanksgiving service book for North West Europe if that's of interest.

Yes, Tom speaks of nothing but aggro on trying to sign in and has frankly given up the struggle !

If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Thanks

This is the first I've heard of this Ron, can you extend our apologies to Tom Canning.
I'll look into it and PM you for more details.

If anyone else is having, or knows of anyone having, trouble could they contact me via Pocketbrownie[at]hotmail.com (replace [at] with @) so I can see if there's a more widespread issue.

Cheers,
Adam.

Hi Adam

I had the same problem but overcame it by using the following url:
www.ww2talk.com/forum/main-ww2-talk-forums

Here's the 8th Army cover:
8th Army Service of Thanksgiving

Hopefully, when I gain access to all my stuff presently in a 20x8 shipping container, i will find the 1st Army one.

Thanks also to 51st Div for the NWE one.

Cheers, Gerry
