Accomodation in Normandy.

Hello all,

I am planning a trip to Normandy later on in the year and would appreciate any advice on accomodation in the area. I will be on a budget so a cheap hotel, mobile home rent or even camping would be considered.

Many thanks in advance of any advice,

Regards Trev.

I used this company when we went in 2005 .

Very good value for money.
I've also used them for a cottage near Disneyland Paris in '06.
I will use them again next year.

Welcome to the site , Trev.

Try the Crocus on the outskirts of Caen , it's in a good location, cheap but clean and the resteraunt is top notch but not expensive.

Hotel Crocus Caen

Go Normandie Tourisme - Site officiel du C.R.T. de Normandie - Crt Normandie which will lead you on to OpenDNS which has an English language selection

Everything you would wish to know about the Departments which make up Normandy is here.

As regards accomodation, look for and click on to Hebergements where the English selection is not apparent.

Campanile hotel in Bayeux is also good for a budget, and Bayeux in some respects is better placed to visit Normandy, compared to Caen.
