Completely uninformed on this kind of stuff I shared TA's guess, but it also looks like the Kriegsmarine mail tags a mate collects.
Does 0019Ki have no relation to a Focke Wulf aircraft? Google implies it might.

Have you tried WehrmactAwards.com?, there's some very knowledgable people on their forum who specialise in German nick-nacks..

I was just asking a family member and was told it was taken from a german prisoner, so I think thats what it is.
