Right, i recently visited a man who had been collection ww2 stuff and he sold me a gasmask.
A gasmask kinda speaks for itself but i would like some background info about it. if its possible about.

Ill start by posting a picture of it:

Question: Does anyone knows if this gasmask actually is british, and if it was used by soldiers? Or used a civil protection.

Question: This is an intresting mark, it this some kind of expiration date?

Question: This mark is located on the front of the gasmask. Is this a manufacturers logo? If so, does anyone knows which manufacturer it is?

Question: The filter has to be attached to here, But on the photo i saw an intresting number; "34" Can anyone please tell me what this means?

Well, thats the only questions that are left unanswered for me
if u have more information about this mask, please share it as i really want to know the origin and pretty much all the info about these kind of gasmask.

thanks in advance,
Brian
