![]() | Hello Annie . Recently , someone found the card my father had filled out on his release . There was some detail on it . These cards are held at Kew and it might give you some of the information you are looking for . Linden |

![]() | I can't believe what just happened .......... I'm sooooo excited ... guess what ?? One of the guys on another board found our Father Jackson's POW card !! AND I found a site that mentions him by name ...... Padre Jackson !! is that cool or what ?? I only saw him mentioned by name once ... and at one point they said they were without a padre ... so I'm wondering if he was at the hospital .... I hate to think of all the places he could have gone though .... I know chaplains went through some pretty terrible things ! Anyways here's the site ....... with a war diary also COFEPOW - The Armed Forces - 125th A/T Regiment RA Annie |

![]() | Thank you for that Annie . The war diary was very interesting . My father arrived in Singapore about a month before it fell . But how awful for these men - just a few days before ! Interesting that your man was on the railway for only 6 months . I wonder whether this was the period when they had the push to complete the work ?
