hello my good friends

hello

I am new to the forums, please bear with me.

I was wondering with regards to POWs, I was having a discussion recently as to what was in the white tins delivered by the red cross. My friends said "flour" but I said "dried milk". My wife will not decide on one or the other, I think this is because her ankle is playing up and she is too grouchy to make a decision about anything.

Dried milk issued to P.O.W.'s was called "Klim" (milk backwards) I am sure this is what you are talking about.
