Do you mean Allied POWs and their records?

POW Liberation questionnaires are available at the National Archives.

I have my Father's RAF service record, liberation questionaire and Red Cross details but if there is more info. available then any help would be much appreciated.

From this thread l am led to believe that there may be more information available as put together by the holding authority, German POW records.

Regards,

Nick

I reckon you have most of the information, but you never know. As you have a lot of information, it won't take long for the VA to conclude a search.

However, there is a chance the VA might not have his records, as some were destroyed by looting prisoners when they were liberated. Good Luck!
