I can tell you what aircraft it looks like. It looks very like the superb fairey Gannet. Its a naval fighter aircraft of some sort. I think its a fairy expermantal prototype but without going digging in the books I have no idea.

EDIT: except the US markings....

The second pic may be the XF14C because of the planned four wing mounted 20mm cannons.
