Honour The Armies, Honours & Awards to the British & Dominion Armies During WW2

I thought I would treat myself to the following book: Honour The Armies, Honours & Awards to the British & Dominion Armies During WW2. By Michael Maton

The book gives the following details - Name, Rank, Number, Regiment, Award, Theatre it was won, Date Gazetted and page number

I'm happy to do look ups!
