![]() | I am constructing biographical study of Colonel Graham Thomson Lyall, VC. He won his Victoria Cross at Bourlon Wood in September 1918 while serving in the Canadian Expeditionary Force. At the end of the war he took his discharge in the UK and joined the TA. On mobilization in 1939 he was promoted and sent to North Africa. He was first posted to No 2 Base Ordnance Workshop at Tel el Kabir, and then to commzand No 87 Lines of Communication Sub Area in Matruh. I would appreciate any info on these two units Bill Smy Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada bill_smy@yahoo.com |
