![]() | Brian wants info My father was awarded five medals after he passed away recently, I hold them. Can anyone tell me what was the medal with the word 'Terratorial' on the bar was given for. The ribbon is dark blue with a thin yellow stripe down each side, the medal itself is silver. |

![]() | It was awarded for 12 years service with the Territorial Army, now (I think) the TAVR.

![]() | reply Sounds about right! My old man got one for 1938-50 (including WW2 service). He says he should have had another for 1950-62, but because he left three months before the official anniversary..........
