Can anyone help?

I have an old picture of my dad during the war. Year 1943?? somewhere in England, possible at a post outside of Newcastle? I have names on the back, but no date or place. Can anyone tell? He was with the American Army Air Corps. If someone could tell me how to upload the picture I will be able to show it.
