I am compiling a series of books on WWII. These books are the personal memories and experiences of the men who served in WWII, I am looking for the memories and experiences from all WWII campaigns, I am also dedicating one of these books to prisoners of war, children during WWII and women During WWII, if you or a family member or any one you know would like yours or their stories added to one of these books, I would love to hear from you. I have already completed one book on Normandy, which will be published this year.

Irene,

Let us know the name of your book to be published this year, sounds really interesting.

I am glad to hear that your are going to recognise the children of the war, they are so often forgotten.

Do you want stories from any country in particular? My father was an australian serviceman POW who wrote a short story on the death march he was in in Jan Feb 1945. Was published in Barbed Wire and Bamboo, the magazine of the Ex-POW's magazine down here.
