Erich is on a distinguished road
My name is Erich Brown from southern Oregon USA. have been collecting data since 1963 on the Luftwaffe and have a very large data base including some 5-6,000 titles on WW 2 subjects. have been co-webmaster with UK friend and author Neil Page covering the German sturmgruppen 1944 one of the top Air war web-sites which is going through a revamping at this moment under a new header.

Had two cousins serve in the Luftwaffe, both deceased, one in 5./JG 301 and my avatar signifies the unit abzeichen JG 301. The other was a German night fighter ace by the name of Hans Baer who fell in an accident flying his Bf 110G-4 in II./NJG 5.

Currently working on 3 book titles and have helped several with considerable research on the air war over the Reich via books as well as magazine articles.

It is good to be here amongst you all !

Erich ?ô

Nah, do not have any records... i could probably dig some up though. I'll get back to you on that one.

The only Material Item i have from WWII is my grandfather's(on my father side, not the bomber pilot)Luger he picked up off a german officer he killed.

Welcome Erich. Good to see that you are already posting topics to get our grey matter working. I would say that your specialist field of knowledge will add quite a bit to some of our discussions.
