Spl's Spectrum version of Arnhem a bridge too far from the 80's, firstly on emulator download but then got a copy of Spectrum and Commodore classics and found it on there too. Dated but addictive.

PsyWar.Org will become famous soon enough
A couple of arcade classics for me which I re-play with MAME...

Capcom Commando (1985)
Capcom 1943: Battle of Midway (1987)
Capcom Mercs (1990)
Metal Slug on the Neo Geo (1996)

But you can't beat the early arcade games like Galaga, Gyruss, Xevious, Out Run, Strider, etc.

I still dig out Panzer General for a play and Combat Mission 2: a bridge too far gets played too. Another one would be Combat Mission, still the best of its type.

Loved Outrun and loved Defender and Gorf. I'd love to have a bash at playing Elite again. Graphics were awful but my god the depth of gameplay was unreal for its time.

I've just bought my own first PC and while waiting to get the internet installed I've been playing Another world. A quality game with poor graphics but again the game play is brilliant. ANOTHER WORLD - Site officiel
