| I just had a thought, does not happen often Is there any web games out there based around world war 2? I dont mean your Battlefield 1942 type games. Something that we could all join in on and you take a turn when you log in, bit like a baord game but on the web. I was thinking it would be good to install something to this server and we could challenge each other on the battlefields. Let me know if anyone know of one we could use. Cheers! Lee |

![]() | I have heard of a turn based WW 2 game going on. Ill see what I can find out about it. Otherwise if their is enough interest I have a format which could be used as a email based game. Basically and WW2 battle could be relived.

![]() | A couple of years ago, I used to play a play WIR by email with a dutch friend Danny Nugteren. We used to post the artistically written notes for that turn, plus screenshots onto a website. Those that visited Kevin Sparrows website RTM (Road to Moscow) http://www.wargamer.com/rtm/ will remember. I know its an old game, but its easy to use and expansive, and it drew a lot of interest... Anyone have any thoughts?

![]() | Another thought, what about Paradox's "Hearts of Iron". I have this game and I can honestly say that its one of the best PC wargames ive ever played. Absolultley massive and so varied. You can play as any country around during WW2 for example you could be Albania and try and fight of the might of Italy. You control tanks, planes, ships, economys, research etc etc... see for yourself at http://www.paradoxplaza.com/heartsofiron.asp Perhaps we could start a multi-player leader board or After Action Report thread.
