137 Sqn late 1941 early 1942

Can anyone help me with a date and an identity, at some time between 30 November 1941 and 12 February 1942, the CO of 137 Sqn Ldr Hugh Coghlan arranged for one of his flight commanders to be transferred away from the Squadron, he in fact threatened to have him sent east, though I am not sure if this actually happened, in any case the officer was sent on 10 days leave, before being posted. I am assuming that this was the Flight Commander of "B" flight, as Robert Woodward was "A" flight commander. Can anyone confirm this chaps identity.

This information has come from the transcript of some of Woodward’s letters to his wife at the time.

Thanks, I've also done a search of the web. I think it maybe Flight Lieutenant Joseph S. Hughes, but will have to check further before adding it to my article.
