Grp Cpt Arthur Vere Harvey (Later, Lord Harvey)

I'm trying to establish which RAF station Grp Cpt Arthur Vere Harvey was commander of during the period Oct 1941 to February 1942. I am lead to believe that this would be Colerne in 10 Group. Can anyone confirm this?
