Missing Pilot over Arnhem

Hi All

Another thing I found the other day about Arnhem was this missing Pilot over Arnhem, went missing on the 19-09-1944 15 miles from Arnhem in a P-51 I've looked at his report and wonder why he's not on the ROH. He is on the Wall for the Missing at Margraten US Military Cemetery and here he is Edwin W. Hiro

Major, U.S. Army Air Forces

Service # O-728661

363rd Fighter Squadron, 357th Fighter Group</H3< td>

Entered the Service from: Minnesota
Died: 19-Sep-44
Missing in Action or Buried at Sea
Tablets of the Missing at Netherlands American Cemetery
Margraten, Netherlands
Awards: Distinguished Flying Cross with Oak Leaf Cluster
