![]() | Hi All! Has anyone out there served on board HMS CHASER my father did and I would like to hear from any one else who sailed on her during the russian convoys to murmansk and to the pacific, my father was there when they bombed hiroshima and nagasaki, but he would never talk about it. |

I have an aerial photo of her which may be of interest. See: http://www.geocities.com/vqpvqp/nih/...HMS-Chaser.jpg Perhaps the best chance of finding a fellow crew-member of your Father's is to look in one of the sites devoted to such a purpose. Here are three in which I am registered. Comrades and Colleagues: http://www.comradesandcolleagues.com/ Service Pals: http://www.servicepals.com/ Old Oppos: http://www.oldoppos.co.uk/ This is of particular interest to me. The introduction is by Ian Fraser, my home town Wallasey's only VC of WWII. Gerry | |
